Terms of business for Picture Proud website customers
Please read the following information. You are deemed to have read and accepted our standard trading terms when you submit your order.
These terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations. They are designed to ensure that our customers can shop with us in safety and security. For your own reference, please feel free to print and keep a copy. All items must be checked within 24 hours of delivery.
Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur shown from our pictures, due to the developments of our range and production methods, Our products are unique and as such customers should ensure they are satisfied with the goods prior to order. If in doubt please contact Picture Proud and we will endeavour to assist with your choice of product.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as we can and will allow, if in doubt please ask for a colour sample prior to ordering.
Made-to-order (personalised) items are non-returnable
Picture Proud does not provide refunds on personalised items. Our products are unique and as such customers should ensure they are satisfied with the goods prior to order. If in doubt please contact Picture Proud and we will endeavour to assist with your choice of product.
Non-personalised items: Cancellation of your order can be made at any time up to the time of despatch at no charge. This can be done by contacting Picture Proud direct. Should you decide to cancel your order after despatch it must be done within 7 working days, starting the “day after receipt” of the unwanted order. The items in question must be returned, unopened and in the original packaging, to Picture Proud. The cost of returning the item will be at the customer’s expense. Collection by courier can be arranged, again at the customers’ expense. Upon receipt of the goods (in perfect condition) we will give you a full refund of the amount paid excluding delivery charges, or an exchange credit as required.
All goods leaving Picture Proud are subject to quality control checks prior to despatch, should an item be damaged on arrival it is imperative that Picture Proud are contacted via telephone or email within 48 hours of receipt. Although liability cannot be accepted for goods damaged during transit, as a goodwill gesture we will offer to replace your goods on condition that the original packaging is retained and the item re-boxed for collection which will be arranged by Picture Proud. This will allow us to claim insurance for the damaged goods. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please note if contact is not made within 48 hours of receipt Picture Proud will not replace the damaged goods free of charge.
All goods leaving Picture Proud are subjected to quality control checks prior to despatch. If a Picture Proud product is faulty it is asked that in the first instance (within 24 hours of receipt) contact be made with Picture Proud via email or telephone. You will be requested to return the item, in its original packaging, whereby if found to be faulty, or substandard, through the fault of Picture Proud a replacement will be provided and carriage refunded. Exchanges for faulty items will be provided within 28 days of receipt at Picture Proud.

Reservation of Title to Goods
Ownership of goods will pass to the purchaser once Picture Proud receives full payment (and when any cheque given in payment has been honoured).
Customers shall be liable for payment of all taxes, customs duties, levies, imports and other charges imposed by regulatory bodies.
All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and the images, text and design of our website/marketing material are and will remain the property of Picture Proud Ltd. Our products cannot be sold under any other trade name or misrepresented in any way, including the removal of identifying logos and trade names. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously!
The customer is responsible for the content of all images and materials sent to Picture Proud. Picture Proud Ltd accepts no liability for the content of any images and materials sent to us. Picture Proud assumes that the customer holds the copyright for all images and materials sent to us. The customer is exclusively responsible for any consequences of the illegal use of protected data. In addition, the customer must strictly comply with the legal regulations of the concerned country when placing the order and distributing the printed material.
We do not guarantee that this web site will be compatible with all customers PCs. Our Company owns the copyright in all materials on this site, which may be used, downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast, transmitted or linked only for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any material on this site, or to restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of this site by anyone else
