Dear Ruth,

                   Just to confirm that the above order for 2xsmall Toy boxes and 1xChilds Armchair arrived safe and sound today at around 1.30pm.  Because you marked the box-top "Please do not drop..GLASS" the courier handled the cartons with care and brought them to our door one at a time. My wife and I opened the cartons together and I am having difficulty finding adequate words to express our delight.

                   The items are beautifully finished and the addition of our grand-childrens names brought a lump to my throat..I can see these pieces staying in the family for a life-time. The attention to detail is outstanding.

                   Thank you also for always responding to my e-mails and for always returning my telephone calls. If there is any justice in the world your business will forever prosper and awards will arrive at your door by the truck-load, there you go. I did find the words to express our delight.

 I would like to sincerely thank you Ruth and your team, Jason and Tom for
 your conscientious, friendly and professional customer service.
 I have recently been refurbishing my 5 yr old son's playroom and bedroom
 for his birthday and have sourced different unique items of kids
 furniture via the web. With hindsight I wish I had ordered more from you
 and less from others. My experience of receiving deliveries from Children
 Furniture stores has been somewhat disappointing until today when Jason
 and Tom delivered my sons beautiful and excellently crafted bespoke Toy
 cupboard. Jason and Tom went beyond the call of duty to place the
 cupboard exactly where I needed it..... in my son's bedroom on the top
 floor of a townhouse. They made brave efforts to take it up via the 1st
 floor staircase but this proved futile. Others would have given up and
 left the cupboard in my hallway but not this dynamic duo, they instead
 went outside and passed it over the 1st floor balcony into the living
 room and then up to the 2nd floor via the wider staircase. They spent
 time and effort to get the cupboard into my son's bedroom and set it all
 up with its shelves and doors! They never grumbled or complained but did
 all this with a smile and good humour. They are to be commended.
 My son loves his Toy cupboard and I love the additional Toy storage it
 provides (out of sight, out of mind!!)

Just a quick email to say thank you very much for your help with ordering and getting a Toybox for my Nephew Alfie Joe's to us for his Christening.  Although when the first one arrived something had happened in transit and there were some marks on the lid - you were quick to sort this out and arranged collection and a perfect replacement.

I ordered on behalf of my Mum and Dad who wanted to give a quality, safe and handcrafted toy box to their first Grandson (my Brother and Wife's Child), and both they and Alfie Joes Mum and Dad were so happy with it. It looks fabulous in the Nursery and fits in with their room theme brilliantly.

I am sure as his Nursery grows we will be in touch with you for more lovely items - as a woman who also works for herself, it is lovely to find someone else with a real passion for their business and clients.

Hi Ruth and Jason

Just a short email to thank you so much for the beautiful table and 2 chairs which you painted my sons names onto the back of and the toybox with the farm design on which I bought off you in Bishops Stortford at the weekend.  It is truly unique and the boys love them as do I.  I have already had some lovely comments from my friends asking me where I got them from so have given your brochure out to them and will also give one into the toddler group I go to on a Wednesday.

The boys are always on the chairs even when they are playing their playstation and the eldest boy who thought he would not use one has been using his brothers.  If possible we spoke about the chair you had in your stockroom that you could paint white to match with the name Aaron on for me, I would love if you could do this so that all three boys have one which they will be able to keep forever.

Thank you again and keep up the good work - they are really a credit to you both and each day it makes me smile when I look at them as it really does brighten up the living room.

I just wanted to say thank you for the lovely memory box we have for Brayden, its just the right size for all his precious things. It's sitting proudly in his nursery. : )
I didn't see the section for 'other occasions'. I think it would be better to have a section named 'memory boxes' just because there is a lot of angels who have passed away & it would be more clearer for the Mummy's & Daddy's. It sometimes feels like we are forgotten just because we don't have our babies here and I think they would be pleased that their baby or child is remembered in a beautiful way & not going around the situation. I can understand it might make other people upset but nothing compared as upset when your baby or child passes away. I hope this helps, but when I looked under the section 'other occasions' its worded really well and is a step forward in the right direction.

I would like to thank you for our recent purchase.  We were presented with a "train" personalised picture by a good friend on the birth of our son three years ago and again on the birth of our third son in the last few months.  We were so impressed with the craftsmanship of the pictures that we have recently purchased a personalised "train" clock.  It was beautifully presented in a box and looks delightful on our sons wall next to the personalised "train" picture.  We will shortly be purchasing more items for gifts for our friends.

Many thanks for your call today confirming the details for my niece's toy box.

Can I just say that I brought the extra large, personalised toy box for my son's 1st Birthday last year (Armaan Sohi) and it is absolutely beautiful. The detail on the box and the quality of it shows and both myself and my Husband were very pleased! Armaan loves his toy box!

This pink fairy box is for my husband's brothers daughter as they really loved the quality and design and I wanted something sentimental for her to keep for a very long time.
