J W Baker was born in Vienna, Austria in 1953 and has been painting since 3 years old. Over the past five decades he has learned to express his artistic vision in many mediums culminating in a style that is bound to none, yet will invoke however many necessary to tell the story. The artist currently resides in North Carolina with his wife Sandi, who is also an accomplished Artist.
