I'm so sorry not to have contacted you before.  Catharine was so overwhelmed by the present, it is hard to put into words.  She adores everything about the box - the beautiful picture, of course; the wording inside; the space to store all her treasured memories and most important of all the fact that it is unique.  Her best Christmas present by a million miles!  So the recipient is delighted ... and, of course, so am I.  When my husband brought the box home I just kept unwrapping it to have another look.  It is simply stunning.  The image is extremely sharp and the design is stylish and contemporary.  You are obviously a very talented lady!

The height chart is a present for Jack on his first birthday later this month, so it is yet to be admired.

I can't thank you enough for all your efforts to accommodate my special requests and to get the box back to Essex in time for Christmas - you certainly put the customer first.  I was sorry to hear that the snow disrupted your delivery schedule so badly.

I shall be recommending your company to all my friends and I'm already planning my next purchase!
