We have finally got down to writing this note.

Thank you for the beautiful toy box you made for our daughter Tara (a
birth gift from her grandparents in South Africa).  We have now used  the
toybox everyday for over 6 months and it still looks brand new.   The
quality is excellent! The personalised birth details on the outside and a
very touching message from her grandparents on the  inside has made this a
unique gift the will be cherished for a  lifetime.  Her grandparents were
so delighted and proud of their  gift when they saw it during their
recent visit.
